Terms & Conditions
This Terms of User Agreement (“User Agreement”) lays out the terms and conditions for governing the
user’s access and use of services on the Website/Client Desk/ Partner Desk/ Mobile Application including
any other sub-domain or platform which is owned, developed, managed or operated by VPLUSH FINTALES Private
Limited , and/or its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "Website"). By using or accessing the Website,
using the services, the User accepts and agrees to be bound by the Terms of Use. If the User does not agree
with the Terms of Use then the User may immediately exit the Website.
In terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, this document is an electronic record, being generated by
a computer system, and it does not require any physical or digital signature. Your acceptance of the terms
and conditions shall be considered as your consent to use the App, the Website, the services and products
(collectively referred to herein as "Services") provided by VPLUSH FINTALES in accordance with the terms and
conditions laid down by VPLUSH FINTALES.
This User Agreement is published in accordance with the Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries
guidelines) Rules, 2011 that requires intermediaries to publish the rules and regulations, privacy policy and user
agreement for access or usage of the intermediary's computer resource by Users.
Usage
The Users shall only be allowed to avail the Services on the Website after the User completes the KYC, Investment
Readiness and Information Verification process and provides the complete personal information in accordance with
the Know Your Client ("KYC") guidelines issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") and/or any
other regulatory / government agencies or authorities from time to time.
VPLUSH FINTALES may use your personal information and in order to provide services to you, your personal information
may be processed or transferred or disclosed to and/or by third parties like AMC’s, statutory bodies or agencies, or
third-party service providers & partners etc wherever necessary to enable us to provide better services to you. With
your consent, your personal information consolidated during your usage of the Website / App/ services of VPLUSH
FINTALES may be used in order to provide you with information, user experience and marketing materials in relation
to other products and services. By entering into this User Agreement, you agree to provide your consent for your
personal information to be processed for these additional purposes. If you do not agree with the terms of this User
Agreement, we suggest you do not sign-up or avail of any Services offered by VPLUSH FINTALES.
By registering with VPLUSH FINTALES or by enrolling as its customer, either as a sub-distributor or as an end investor,
directly or indirectly through its sub-distributors, or as an VPLUSH FINTALES Account holder through the Website, you
certify that the information you may provide, now or in the future, is accurate. VPLUSH FINTALES reserves the right,
in its sole discretion, to deny you access to the Website or any portion thereof without notice for the following
reasons:
immediately by VPLUSH FINTALES if you assign or transfer (or attempt the same) any rights granted to you under this
User Agreement or any Client Agreement or any Sub-broker Agreement that you may have entered with VPLUSH FINTALES;
immediately, if you violate any of the other terms and conditions of this Agreement The termination or cancellation
of this Agreement shall not affect any right or relief to which VPLUSH FINTALES may be entitled to, at law or in
equity. Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to VPLUSH FINTALES.
Except as set forth herein, regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination of this User Agreement, the
fee charged if any for access to VPLUSH FINTALES is non-refundable for any reason.
